  Appauling service - Do Not trust them to turn up! I booked a taxi 5 days in advance and was given a fixed quoted price and I was told to pay the taxi driver when he arrives. On the day I called them up to say that the taxi could come early if they wanted as I was ready and was told 'Sorry we are not coming for you as we made a mistake on the quote - we now want an extra £15 or we will not disptch as car to collect you''. Well it was 8.30pm and I was due to be collected at 9.30pm, this left me with not much choice as I was stranded. It was a good job I called them to ask about coming early otherwise I would of been stranded as they would not have sent a car to collect me and I would not been able to get home. If they made a mistake on their quoted price then they had 5 days to call me to let me know so I could of made a decision what to do or even find an alternative taxi. Or as any other reputable company would of done is swallowed the extra £15 as this was their mistake and not mine. I was shocked in the way I was treated and they did not care about it. Very Unhappy!!
